These terms apply when you browse the KUGOATS public storefront, add products to a basket, place an order, or use a customer account. By completing a transaction, you agree to the version of these terms shown at that time.

Please provide accurate contact, delivery, and pickup information. You are responsible for keeping account access details secure and for activity carried out through your account.

The storefront reads published products, current prices, and sellable stock from the KUGOATS operations system. A product in your basket is not reserved, and availability may change before an order is accepted.

Prices are shown in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD). The order summary shown before payment is the total that applies to that checkout. If a material pricing or availability error is found before fulfilment, KUGOATS may correct or decline the affected order and will not charge for an order that is not accepted.

An order is accepted when KUGOATS issues an order confirmation after the required checkout steps have completed. Basket contents alone do not create an order.

Checkout may offer cash on delivery or pickup when that option is enabled, or online payment through the payment provider's secure hosted page. For online payment, KUGOATS records the reference, status, and amount needed to reconcile the order; full card or KNET credentials are entered with the provider rather than stored by KUGOATS.

The fulfilment method, the delivery area or pickup location, any delivery charge and, for pickup, the shop's pickup hours are shown during the order journey. Please check these details before confirming and make sure someone can receive and refrigerate perishable dairy promptly.

Follow the storage, use-by, ingredient, and allergen information supplied on the product label. Contact KUGOATS promptly if an order is missing, damaged, incorrect, or appears unsafe to consume.

Dairy is perishable and orders move quickly into preparation. Contact KUGOATS as soon as possible if you need a change or cancellation. Whether a change is possible depends on the order's current production, packing, and dispatch status.

Any refund, replacement, or other remedy is assessed against the order record, the condition of the goods, and rights that apply under Kuwait law. Nothing in these terms limits a right that cannot lawfully be limited.

You must not misuse the storefront, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with checkout, submit fraudulent payment information, or use automated requests in a way that disrupts the service.

KUGOATS may update these terms when the storefront or business processes change. An accepted order remains subject to the terms presented for that order.
