Subscription policy

Key points

  • You choose one of the lengths the plan offers and pay for it in advance at checkout; the subscription ends after the boxes you paid for.
  • Your subscription creates an order on each delivery day of the plan you chose.
  • You can pause for one week from your account; deliveries carry on by themselves afterwards.
  • An upcoming delivery can be skipped (no automatic refund), combined with the next one, or restored if you skipped it.

What a subscription includes

Your subscription follows the plan you chose. The plan page and the confirmation step show what is in the box, how often it is delivered, the price per delivery, any plan discount, and the delivery charge for your address.

Only plans listed in the shop can be started. A plan shown as currently full has reached its number of subscribers and opens again when a place becomes available. A plan can also be unavailable if it does not deliver to your saved address.

Your delivery schedule

While your subscription is active, an order is created for each delivery day on its schedule — daily, every few days, weekly, every two weeks or monthly, depending on the plan. Delivery days follow Kuwait time.

Once the order for a delivery day has been created it goes into preparation, and that delivery can no longer be changed from your account.

Price and payment

A subscription runs for the length you choose in your basket, from the lengths shown on the plan, and is paid in full, in advance, at checkout by card, KNET or Apple Pay. The number of boxes follows the plan's schedule (a weekly plan paid for 3 months is 13 boxes), and the total — price per box plus the delivery charge for your address, for every box — is shown before you pay. Nothing is paid when a box arrives.

Skipped and paused deliveries are not lost: the subscription ends after the boxes you paid for have been prepared, so a skip moves your last box later. Your account shows how many boxes are left and when the last one is due, and we email you before it so you can renew. Nothing is ever charged again unless you renew.

If you have a question about your payment, contact KUGOATS through the Contact page.

Pausing and resuming

From your account you can pause deliveries for one week, starting from an upcoming delivery date. Deliveries in that period are skipped, and your subscription carries on by itself afterwards — the date it resumes is shown before you confirm.

A pause cannot start if an order has already been created for a delivery inside that period. Choose a later start date, or contact KUGOATS about that order.

Changing one delivery

For an upcoming delivery, your account offers three choices:

  • Skip this delivery — that date is skipped with no automatic refund, and the rest of your subscription continues.
  • Combine with the next delivery — that date is skipped and the KUGOATS team is asked to prepare it together with your next delivery. The team confirms the arrangement; it is a request, not an automatic change.
  • Restore a delivery — a delivery you skipped can be put back on the schedule.

When changes are no longer possible

A delivery cannot be changed after its date has passed or once its order has been created, so make changes as early as possible. If the order already exists, contact KUGOATS; whether it can still be changed, cancelled or refunded depends on its preparation, packing and dispatch status and on your rights under Kuwait law.

Cancelling your subscription

Skipping one delivery does not cancel your subscription. To cancel the whole subscription, contact KUGOATS through the Contact page. Cancelling does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been created; that order is handled according to its status.

Changes to plans or this policy

KUGOATS may change or retire a plan when prices, supply, capacity or delivery arrangements change. A change that affects your future deliveries will be shown on the plan, in your account, or in a message about your subscription.
