We oversee the entire journey of our products, from herd care and feed quality through milking, cooling, production, laboratory testing and packaging, all the way to delivery. Every production batch is recorded before entering inventory, and the batch code printed on the packaging links the product to that record.

Yes, we make our products in Kuwait using fresh goat milk.

Fresh goat milk and dairy products: cheeses such as Halloumi, Feta and Anari, kefir, kefir yogurt and whey. Products currently available to order are shown in the shop.

Yes, we use only goat milk, without blending it with cow milk or any other type of milk.

Yes, all our milk and dairy products are fully pasteurized using state-of-the-art equipment to ensure maximum food safety while preserving natural nutrients and fresh taste.

We do not add preservatives or sugar to our products. Products may contain sugars naturally present in milk, such as lactose; no added sugar does not mean sugar-free.

We make our products in limited batches to give each batch the attention it deserves and maintain closer control over its quality. We carefully follow every detail, from preparation to packaging, giving each batch the time it needs to reach you at a standard we are proud of.

Goat milk has a distinctive taste and a rich texture. Its flavor may differ from what you are used to in cow milk. It can be enjoyed on its own or used in coffee, cooking and everyday recipes.

Goat milk is naturally easier to digest due to smaller fat globules and softer curd formation. It is rich in bioavailable calcium, essential vitamins, and probiotics (especially in Kefir).

Yes. Goat milk naturally contains lactose, so it may not be suitable for some people with lactose intolerance.

It is not automatically a safe alternative, as allergic cross-reactivity may occur. Please consult a doctor or dietitian first, and review the ingredients and allergens on the label.

Kefir is milk fermented using cultures that include bacteria and yeasts, giving it a distinctive tangy taste. It differs from traditional laban and yogurt in the fermentation cultures used, and may also differ in texture and flavor.

Kefir can be enjoyed chilled on its own, blended with fruit, or added to smoothies and salad dressings. Kefir yogurt can be eaten with a spoon or added to oats and meals according to your preferences.

Halloumi is a firm cheese suitable for grilling and frying. Feta is a salted cheese that works well in salads and sandwiches. Anari is a soft whey cheese that can be enjoyed fresh or used in fillings and sweet or savory recipes, depending on its salt content. The varieties available to order are shown in the shop.

Each product has its own shelf life, shown on the packaging. Follow its use-by date and storage instructions (refrigerated at 2°C to 4°C), and close the container securely after use. After opening, follow any specific instructions provided; if these are unclear, contact us for guidance on how soon the product should be consumed.

We recommend enjoying our products fresh. While freezing is possible, it may slightly alter the texture and consistency upon thawing.

Whey may separate naturally, and this alone does not mean the product has spoiled. It can be stirred to restore an even texture if it has been stored as instructed and is still within its recommended consumption period. If you notice mold or an unusual change, or are unsure about the product’s safety, do not consume it and contact us.

When the “Notify me when available” option appears, you can enter your name and WhatsApp number and consent to receive one message when the product is ready to order. Your number is used only for this notification, not for marketing.

A variety of secure electronic payment methods are available at checkout, including KNET and Apple Pay. Please be assured that KUGOATS does not retain or store your financial or card details.

Delivery orders are dispatched as soon as possible from the Kuwait Goats branch assigned to your area, or from our warehouse if that branch cannot prepare your entire basket. Checkout shows where your order will be dispatched from and the delivery fee for your area, but does not allow you to choose a delivery day or time. For collection, checkout shows the collection hours at your selected branch. You can follow an accepted order on the Track Order page.

We offer chilled delivery to selected areas within Kuwait. Please be available to receive your order and refrigerate the products immediately upon arrival, following the storage instructions for each product.

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Whether a change or cancellation is possible depends on the status of production, packaging and dispatch, as orders move quickly into preparation. Subscription deliveries are subject to our Subscription Policy.

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a photo of the product and its label showing the batch code and use-by date, and a description of the issue. Do not consume the product if it appears unsafe. We review the report and provide a replacement or refund when the issue is confirmed, in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Yes. Kuwait Goats Company offers contract supply to hospitality kitchens and food producers. Share your requirements through the Contract Supply page, and our team will contact you to confirm products, quantities and delivery.
